Scheduled ​events that are not cancelled for the Green Room, Kiss Lounge or Top Floor rentals 72 hours ​prior to the event date will be charged half the rental rate. Whole Venue Rentals must be cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled event date to not incur cancellation fees of half the venue cost. All Credit Cards must be on file to book any event. No charges will be made until the date of the event with the customer present.

​Outside Catering is only permissible with rental of an event space, and is subject to a small outside catering facility fee. Outside catering must be agreed upon prior to booking. ​

All rentals of event spaces do allow outside dessert to be brought in, please refer to event agreement form at time of booking.

Please be aware that by entering the Museum you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photographs, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Silverball Museum, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Do not enter the Museum or make known if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
